What if I need rush service? The fastest way to get in touch with me is via email. If you need rush service, email me at amy@careermarketingcentre.com and provide me with the information listed in step 2. I will check my schedule and advise if I can accommodate your request. Rush service is an additional $150.
I need two items from you.
⓵ Your work, volunteer and educational experiences. This can be done in MS Word format or via your LinkedIn profile. Please make sure that your work, volunteer, and education are up to date.
⓶ The second item that I need is a web URL link to the type of position that you are targeting.
Why do I need to provide a link to a job posting? ATS software has changed resumes. Keywords are important. I develop each client an individualized questionnaire to draw out the information that I need. To be able to do this, I need an example of a job posting as a guide.

The questionnaire will be emailed to you in MS Word format.
Why can’t you give me a generic questionnaire? My goal is to create you a compelling results-focused resume. To do this, I need to provide you with questions to draw out the information that I need.
When filling out the questionnaire, you are welcome to use point form.
If you do not have an answer to the question, leave the space blank.
Why don’t you gather the information through a phone call? With almost 10 years of experience, I have tried phone and questionnaire methods. I found that a questionnaire was best. A questionnaire allows you time to jog your memory and gather data from old files. It’s important that you are not rushed with a telephone intake process. The phone method is also slower as we must coordinate our schedules. I worked with clients globally, and it can be very challenging to coordinate schedules. With a questionnaire, you can complete it at your own pace.
Once you have completed the questionnaire, email is back to me in MS Word format.
The first draft of your resume will be emailed to you in MS Word and PDF formats.
Your new cover letter and resume will be ready in 10 to 15 business days from the time that the questionnaire is returned.
I see that other resume writing companies offer a 3 business day turnaround, why can’t you offer this? I provide a premium resume writing service. I work exclusively with each client taking care and attention to create a powerfully written and strategic resume. I do not prepare generic resumes. Each client receives a uniquely branded resume. Notably, Some resume writing services utilize ghost writers, and I don’t. I assure each client that I am designing and writing their cover letter, resume, and/or LinkedIn profile.
You will have an opportunity to review your new cover letter and resume and request changes.
I am committed helping clients advance their careers. My goal is to design and write you a resume that will result in calls for interviews.
If, within 120 days of finalization you don’t get any interviews after submitting your new resume to suitable openings, then I will rewrite it free of charge.
With your finalized resume, you will receive a MS Word tracking document. You will be required to provide me with the tracking document.
